A rough price for land around Chiang Mai

Bit of Info on Chiang Mai but suggest prices may have gone up a wee bit.......
 
Consider 1 acre@ 4 Rai (in Thai Rai) =1600sq mts...approx.
 
Land Prices
The highest land prices in Chiang Mai are mostly in municipal zones. Particularly in Muang Chiang Mai, the prices are about 250,000 baht/square wah, the highest of the province.
 
The lowest land prices are in such districts as Mae Chaem and Doi Tao, as well as Doi Lo sub-district where they are about 10 baht/square wah.
 
Prices of Buildings
The prices of detached houses in Chiang Mai averaged 46,875.50 baht/square meter. Those of townhouses averaged 4,500.00 baht/square meter. Shop houses were 4,522.22 baht/square meter
 
The prices of factory buildings average 4,550.00 baht/square meter, or about the same as residential buildings. The maximum price of detached houses is at 4,900 baht/square meter and the minimum price is 5,000 baht/square meter.
 
The maximum price for townhouses is at 4,650 baht/square meter and the minimum price is at 4,350 baht/square meter.
 
As for shop houses, the maximum price is 4,350 baht/square meter and the minimum price is 4,800 baht/square meter. The prices of offices and warehouses averaged 5,050.00 baht/square meter and 3,600.00 baht/square meter respectively
