Some of the problems are usually due to the font or word breaks.
 
The font problem can be resolved using a different font or different version of the DTP software, the word breaks can be proofread by a Thai speaker, or the Thai text can be converted to use ZWSP (zero-width space) characters.
 
For proper alignment ZWSP
